Now — thirteen years later — I look back and know why I didn't see my worth back then the way I do now. You need time and perspective to see it. But when you're in the throws of it, when you're angry and mad, it's hard to be anything but engulfed in absolute rage. I understand that. I'm not mad at you or here to judge it.

What I know now is this: you have to learn to set standards and boundaries that reflect the proper way to be treated as a woman. And if those boundaries are being constantly crossed, there doesn't need to be a reaction. It's a — "I just need to leave this room. This house. This person." At some point someone has to be the adult and say this is unhealthy for both of us. Someone has to be mature enough to mean it.

And if you have children watching, even more of a reason to show what growth, happiness, and peace can look like.

And all that's left is the anger, and the moments you wish you could change.

I know. Because I lived it too.

But I also want to speak to the woman who didn't choose this.

The one who found out and reacted. Who lost control of a situation she never asked to be in. Whose partner walked away anyway. Who made her life even harder on the way out.

She probably didn't get a boundary conversation. She got someone who showed her with their actions that saving this relationship wasn't a priority for them.

That is not love. That is not a loss — even when it feels like the biggest one of your life. That is divine intervention from the Universe, God, whatever you believe in. I promise.

And if that is where you are — if the choice was made for you, if the door was closed before you could decide — I need you to hear this...

Rage and revenge will never heal you. They only make your heart harder. They leave no room to love yourself more. No room to possibly fix your relationship because that requires forgiveness. No room for you to move on and the right person to love you back. Anything is possible when you love and believe in yourself. You are smart. You are beautiful. And your life is not over. It's just starting.

Something quieter. Something yours.
That is what I built House of Her Again for. Not to tell you what to decide. Not to tell you who to be. But to make sure that whoever you are on the other side of this — you actually like her.

More than that.

I want you to love her.

Xx, Honey

If you're looking for someone who not only made it through but thrived — I'm happy to share what worked for me, what didn't, what I did with the pain, and how I live my life now.
Because I do live it now. Fully. Without apology.

I know what it feels like to be at the lowest point of your life and dig yourself out with your bare hands. I know what it feels like to be so angry you can't see straight — and then one day wake up and realize the anger is gone and something else is there instead.

HI, I'M HONEY

A NOTE FROM ME

COME INSIDE

The only cost now is staying where you are.

THE DOOR IS OPEN

This is not a course. There is no curriculum. There is no timeline.

There is only a woman, a letter, and the quiet decision to return to herself.

The House is ready. The door is open.

All she has to do is step inside.
